kathy your best bet would be to stick to small words for now until you're more familiar with the game. There are many many many 4 letter words that you will know. Try getting those first, that will help you lots. Once you understand a bit more about how to play then move on to the bigger ones. That's the best clue I can give you at the moment.

Doing it often, Marisun, that's the whole trick. The more you play, the more words you will recognise right away. And the enable dictionary is the dictionary used for this game, only words that are in that dictionary are valid. It is a VERY stupid dictionary. :)
