IE7 is great, it now has a taskbar for quick swapping between sites, a refresh all feature and thumbnail view of all open sites ... relative addressing of graphics stored on the C drive anywhere other than the Temporary files directory is blocked, just like firefox

one thing to remember though is that explorer is both a web and file browser, and many of windows' tools use it as a rendering engine. thus regardless of how locked down it may be, it still provides system level access to your file system. whats more windows gives the default user full administration by default which is a huge security risk in itself
