make three "holes" in the dry mixture, large, medium and small. in the large hole put 3 T veg oil. medium hole, 1 T vinegar. small hole, 1 t vanilla.

over all pour 1 c cold water. mix all thoroughly.

bake at 350 for 35 mins, cool and frost. (i like to use icing, not frosting, just mix powdered sugar with milk until it is thick, add a little vanilla and food coloring if desired).
