Oh, loredana--I am so glad you are here. I talked to Jacula last night. Bunny Callie is dribbling pee again, and it is milky. I think her bladder sludge is back, which means a metabolic problem with calcium. She is happy and active and eating well. The last vet bill was almost $900. She is 7 yrs old this week. we found out it is NOT a computer hiccup, the insurance company just never continued the incasso after we changed our mortgage. It is their fault, but still they want their money. the bad thing is, though it is THEIR fault this went on for 3 years, it is still money we agreed to pay. It is not easy to let them pay for at least a part.
