Hi Galey - nice icon! The grid on Lickety is probably the same as the babble one - some people print off Lickety's list which is why he has it shown there as well. You enter the words in the square at the top of the list and it will go to the right place on the list. You can also bulk add, see the instructions at the bottom. Have you asked Lickety for Babble Expert yet though?

Chocolate Truffle Pie

1 c sugar
10 oz semisweet or bittersweet choc (I use chips, or you can break up chunks)
2 (1 oz) squares unsweetened choc
2 sticks (8 oz) unsalted butter
5 eggs

Combine 3/4 c sugar and 1/3 cup water and boil in microwave. Stir in semisweet and unsweetened choc's and butter until melted.
Beat eggs and remaining 1/4 c sugar on high speed until almost double in volume. Stir egg mix into choc mix until well blended.
Turn into greased and parchment-lined springform pan or, as I prefer, a round silicone pan. Set pan in larger baking pan so that you can add enough water to the outer pan to reach 1 inch up the side of the inner pan. (If you use a springform and it doesn't have a tight seal, it will leak and the corners of your pie will be a little mushy, hence the silicone pan works better for me. But springform may allow it to be prettier upon removal.)
Bake 40-45 minutes in preheated 350 oven, or until it's set. Cool in pan, refrigerate overnight or several hours.
Remove carefully. Serve with whipped cream or rasberry sauce, or garnish with berries or mint, or do any combination of the above!

Chocolate Truffle Pie

1 c sugar
10 oz semisweet or bittersweet choc (I use chips, or you can break up chunks)
2 (1 oz) squares unsweetened choc
2 sticks (8 oz) unsalted butter
5 eggs

Combine 3/4 c sugar and 1/3 cup water and boil in microwave. Stir in semisweet and unsweetened choc's and butter until melted.
Beat eggs and remaining 1/4 c sugar on high speed until almost double in volume. Stir egg mix into choc mix until well blended.
Turn into greased and parchment-lined springform pan or, as I prefer, a round silicone pan. Set pan in larger baking pan so that you can add enough water to the outer pan to reach 1 inch up the side of the inner pan. (If you use a springform and it doesn't have a tight seal, it will leak and the corners of your pie will be a little mushy, hence the silicone pan works better for me. But springform may allow it to be prettier upon removal.)
Bake 40-45 minutes in preheated 350 oven, or until it's set. Cool in pan, refrigerate overnight or several hours.
Remove carefully. Serve with whipped cream or rasberry sauce, or garnish with berries or mint, or do any combination of the above!
