so... rucola salad on a plate. Pasta over it, like tagliatella or tortellini. Put sour cream and green pesto with some water into a pan and stir it while heating, for the sause. Pour over the pasta, add some roasted pinetree seeds and cheese. Delicious, very easy and quick. Recipe from a good friend of mine.
