just looking at the chat log... the virus is called norovirus or Norwalk virus. causes violent gastrointestinal symptoms for 2 days or so - some people need IV fluids - and then it goes away. except you're still contagious fo a few days after you get better.

From my work it seems there are several different bugs going around now: 1 causes 1-2 days of diarrhea, 1 causes Vomiting and diarrhea for 2 days and one is the old-fashioned fever & flu bug symptoms (GI upset, aches, pains , etc)

wow, pain meds finally kicking in. I am relieved. Stupid things take about 90 minutes to even start working.

i use oxy cause it is a short term (under 1 year) treatment for pain.... and it works well, but it isn't good for the emotional soul. it is essentially morphine and needs to be treated as such. very addictive, and must be slow to come off it or it hurts

i only ask cause pain relief is diff for everyone. I do believe I have been given a good regime, even if it sounds silly to some people. I have been doing this for 8 years and have come off the drugs very successfully with my docs help.
It would seem you are on strong pain meds, but if they are messing with your head, address the antideps, your doc will be able to advise you if she is a good lady

hi, all. last night was fun. we went shopping for curtain rods for the patio door and my office. I bought white fabric shower curtains with liners, and we hung them on the patio doors...it looks really good, with no decrease in the light level. I also have a white fabric shower curtan in a floral print for my office. The thing I like about the fabric shower curtains is, they are inexpensive, very attractive, and get the job done until we can get "real" curtains.
