My needlework teacher at school said that I would never learn to sew a button on. Taught myself to quilt long after school. My inquisitive mind wanted to know how to get the bits of paper or card out using the English method so I bought all the equipment and started and it just sort of grew. I ended up with a full size quilt all in black and white.

Most shows have saved up one or two new episodes for 2008 in order to keep viewers happy. However, even after the strike ends it will still be about a month before new episodes are ready to be aired. Also, some shows won't have time to finish production. Scrubs, for example, won't have time to do it's series finale, so it will have to go straight to DVD release. (According to an article I read, that is).

Muscle death. It just eroded and eroded and the doctors (Cuddy adn Wilson, of course) had thought he was just a drug addict so they didn't take it seriously. By the time they figured it out, it was eroded to the point where he needed his leg removed. Of course, he refused, so they did everything they could to stop it, but it was already at the point of constant pain. Man, I know too much!

The problem is that "ADHD" is so subjective and inattention is the common denominator for SO many problems, e.g. sleep deprivation, poor discipline, depression, anxiety, learning problems. Most psychologists recommend stimulant meds for any kid with school +/or behavior problems these days.

I have a Down Syndrome son who is 42 now. When he was 2 years old he was put on Ritalin and slept for 36 hours. I was scared silly. When I told the doctor about this, he said we have to play around with the dosage. I then told him to give Ritalin to his children and to leave Bobby alone. He has never been on a medication of this sort again and grew up to be a wonderful, caring, happy person. Everyone who meets him is impressed with his personality and just the way he is.
