our province has just done the dumbest inflationary thing -- a "carbon tax" on gasoline, as if it isn't high enough in price already. That's fine in cities where peopole can take public transit but for most of the province there's no such thing. So ferry fares rise, everything which needs tucking rises, and so on. spoke with a friend of mine, who is really a wizard when it comes to food and health. He recommended wakame (a kind of seaweed). If you roast it and eat lots of it, it stimulates the healing of bones.
