I have to share...yesterday me and the kids watched the Olympic team rhythmic gymnastics finals...of course, it was stunning, just gorgeous and then it was time for bed and you should have seen my two daughters spinning and leaping around as they got their school backpacks ready and got their clothes laid out for school today, tossing their washcloths to each other dramatically, I wish you could bottle that enthusiasm! It was so cute.

sprite an exercise given to me was ..imagine you are on the ocean deep sea fishing standing at the end of the boat... send all your worries and problems into the sea which I did immediately visualising of all things sea containers bobbing around in the ocean i filled them up with all my woes and then smiled as they quickly bobbed off out of site. It works everytime for me as long as i remember the fishing! lol

the flash player for firefox is different than the one for internet explorer. You will have to go to www.adobe.com and click on 'get flash player' and it will take you to a page that has a link to download and install. You have to close firefox, install and you should be good to go.
