He has a bad cold but is otherwise fine. But we just had an issue about it. Walter suddenly said he IS feeling well and it was a game. Thing is, he's white as a sheet and coughing and has no appetite. But I had to attack the lying even if he was lying about lying.... Tricky one. But he says now that he said he was feeling well so he coudl go to school and see his girlfriend, which I'm sure IS the truth, so I explained that if he doesn't rest he will be sicker and miss more school, so he ias back under his blanket now.

I watched the Service of Remembrance from the Royal Albert Hall on Saturday evening. It never fails to move me. At the end they release poppy petals from the ceiling, each one representing a life lost. It's magnificent and touching all at the same time.
