That's right. Cats love to interact with their "owners" and accept you as the leader of their pack. Even rescue cats we've had (come to think of it, nearly all of our cats have been rescue) we have been able to accept being handled, being fussed.

OK. The cat's lump, which as many may recall was classed as benign, has started growing at a really extreme rate. The vet is horrified. She is scheduled for x-rays Tuesday. If it has not invaded the chest wall we will do new biopsies and if still benign we will look into surgery. Something has to be done. It's bigger tahn her head and growing FAST. But she is not havinga ny pain.

Yeah, Walter had a good time for much of it and "not so much" for some, he says, but he want sto do it again, and it has maked a greatleap in his social skills too. He was VERY shy (as always) about saying what they wanted hom to-- then AFTER he did, he just opened right up to everyone! Good lesson. He says he definitely wants to do it again, and was disappointed they didn't want him to pretend to be someone else and"eat and sing", so he clearly "gets" what acting is all about.

Last time I went snorkeling I went to an amazing place where, when you swim out about a quarter mile, there is an 800 foot drop beneath you. It was SO SCARY, but I loved it

We had a bit of an issue on holiday. Mr McG likes snorkelling in the shallows but is scares me but I love snorkelling of the 'abyss', we had to compromise and snorkle the shallows when the tide was in and the abyss the rest of the time

dominica is sadly sort of beach bereft, but if you look you can find some. they have a couple of black sand ones, which is cool. They have loads of sea glass, so I was in heaven.

It was more expensive because we did go all inclusive (do we drink enough) and it is always way more expensive to go at the holiday time. 10 days in September would cost about £1500 each - as you can see we have checked :-)

Katie, I stayed at a "mom & pop" place right on the beach, VERY reasonable, run by a married couple. The man is Dutch (so WHITE his skins blinds you) and his wife is a native and she is very dark. They were so much fun and so nice, we had a few meals together
