My news for the day. Tied Stew up to the railing (like a large gate) around the outside seats at the Bakery. Heard loud crash. Raced out to see Stew barging across road with the railing swinging wildly behind him. Happily cars stopped. Stopped running only because the railing got jammed under a parked car. I was envisaging 10 cars with major damage! The good news is that I won't have to get his nails cut for a few months, they are 'worn' totally down to the quick/pink part.
