just, in 1995, one of our friends (an m.d.) was on his roof cleaning out the gutters with an electric leaf blower; long story short, he fell off the roof and shattered both of his heels and ankles... they said he would never walk again... he is walking, and he actually still practices medicine again at a local clinic as an interim doc... don't give up hope because they truly don't know how each individual's body will heal

It started to snow. The first snow of the season and the wife and I

Snow, lovely snow! 8 inches last night. The temperature dropped to
-20. The cold makes everything sparkle so. The wind took my breath
away, but I warmed up by shoveling the driveway and sidewalks. This
is the life! The snowplow came back this afternoon and buried
everything again. I didn't realize I would have to do quite this
much shoveling, but I'll certainly get back in shape this way. I

Electricity's back on, but had another 14 inches of the damn stuff last night. More shoveling! Took all day. The damn snowplow came by twice. they're out. Might have another shipment in March. I think they're

thanks for asking, ata! Went to one of my favorites sites, flylady.net, and printed out her student control journal PDF and put it in a binder for Secondo. told her to do what was in there, and that I would not be dropping off her stuff anymore. she LOVED the control journal, and has been using it non stop. it's only the first day, but she was so happy, and relieved, to have an organization plan
