Our Dane names were complicated. Titandane was our kennel name, in honour of our first Dane, Ch. Lord Titan of Maywood, CD, who came from English Moonsfield lines. We imported a bitch from those lines. All their names began with T and we continued that tradition. We also had categories for each litter. The first was Jewels, so we had Topaz, Tortoiseshell, Touchstone, Trinket, etc. Then we had call names for them which followed the alphabet for each litter. Our last litter was the Architecture category -- Tower, Tracery, Taj Mahal, etc. Their call names were I (our 9th litter) so our American and Canadian Champion Titandane's Taj Majal was merely Imp to us.

aussie, why did I even bother yesterday? remember when I was pondering snow blowing? well, I did get the thing going (yay me!) went about four feet, all was well, and the thing seized up and DIED. I could get it going again, but the rotors wouldn't go, and the wheels wouldn't turn....I tried it several times, no change. I shut it off, cleaned out all the snow, and lo and behold, one of Secondo's friends cell phones, lost in the snow, was JAMMED in the rotors. Fished it out. Phone still works, snow blower won't budge. Why do I even try?????
