i moved from Chicago to Alabama and do not miss the Chicago weather at all.

if he doesn't like snow or can tolerate heat...it's a dry heat after all, he should be fine. there are places within the cities (Valley of the Sun, Phoenix metro area) that have man made lakes, pine trees and such to keep him from getting too homesick..but mostly a weather change, not much rain very warm or hot most of the year...

We have people/parents telling us how bad their kids are, but when they are with us, they are happy, polite and very open and discuss everything!
