good morning. Sorry to chime in in the middle, but I also found something on an alternative site, which i was very sceptical about, but have found tremendously useful, which is a teaspoon of pure liquid honey. At times I can use it instead of the zantac. Also exercise-walking, is really important for me. and no dairy, which is my hardest challenge.

i know. But anything you read about reflux will mention dairy as problematic. And if i cut dairy out (except for some really good parmesano reggiano which I use in moderation) and walk, and eat almost no chocolate, and no caffeine, and of course nothing greasy or fatty, and no popcorn or peanuts, and am moderate in everything else, then i sometimes actually don't have to take the meds. And of course have the head of my bed elevated and don't eat anything for 3 hours before going to bed. use the honey by itself.

solved the squirrels by feeding them in a more accessible place, thewy usually go where it's easiest. deer is a bit trickier, can you put feed corn or hay further away - gets expensive though
