The only time I was near Vermont on a business trip was in the depths of winter - have wanted to return to see it in the fall eversince.

There's something about the waiting, about having to accept that you do what you can to help things along and then have very little control over the outcome....snails, grasshoppers heating the basil, waiting weeks for something to bloom and then coming out to find the deer were also waiting....a lot to learn about when to accept, when to protect boundaries, when to share, when to say "enoiugh".

First we had an unusually hot early spring, so everything was in danger of frying, and things bolted. Now we've had nothing but rain and cool temps, so things are looking pale, but the weeds have run rampant. WE won't get potatoes for months yet, but I have had the first strawberry.

I have wineberries that a friend gave me which should fruit for the first time this summer. I think we do have it here FM - roses are so finicky. I've just been lucky. My biggest problem with roses is protecting them from rodents and frost.

She would mix about a teaspoon of liquid dish detergent in a spray bottle of water and just give each bush a good misting. You will have to repeat it every few days, especially after rain or heavy dew. Also, make sure that you do it in the evening so the sun doesn't burn your babies!

I remember seeing my parents phot albums of us. My older sister had pages and pages or her, there is less than a page of me, 1 picture of my younger sister at about a year, my one brother has a picture of him at baptism, and the other one at 2 years old. I vowed never to do that, so took millions of pictures; put them in the old albums (with the acid paper that faded colors) and took those apart to redo in the right albums. THAT is where I am now

Now that I have ea5/10 and have fireworks,I can do a paragraph of clues. My ni4/4 monkeys were an4/4-Babble. When I se4/4 for them they didn't come. So I had to drag them here by their ea4/4.
