dutch oven. saute some diced onions until translucent. add chicken and brown until you're tired of waiting. add 1 cup of rice (white or brown) and 2 cups of water (or just enough to cover chicken). add a little salt if you want, enough paprika to color the water and whatever else you want to throw in. bring to boil, cover and put in a 350 oven for about an hour. that's it, folks.

i sliced chicken breasts into medallions and put them in a pan with worcester sa5 and balsamic vinegar until they were cooked and put them in a roll with salad and new potatoes which were quartered and covered in barbeque sauce and oven baked with extra side salad. my bairn loved it!
