Yes, spring is a wonderful time of year.....we've had a lot of wind and thunderstorms that damaged the flowers somewhat. The Masters Golf Tournament was last week and the city had its usual bombardment of tourists. I guess they had a good time. Traffic is horrendous....but, hey....we love it.

not to mention that yesterday, i worked from home so i could take hubby to el dentisto. he HATES the dentist, and was there to get a wisdom tooth pulled.
well, we get there, and he freaks out because dentist tells him he HAS to have novacaine (apparently hubby thought he could go without, as he hates needles) so we end up having to leave without him having the tooth pulled.
so i worked from home for nothing + hubby spends all day "resting" since apparently his nerves were so frazzled.

generally, he trusts these dentists + they pretty much know how to deal with him. they allow a little more time for his appts + he takes a bag of ice with him to help chill out. he raises his hand if he needs a minute. he just doesnt like when he feels like they are springing something on him from out of nowhere... and thats how he felt yesterday.

stid, my son got expelled from HS 5 days before he was to graduate. They sent his diploma in the mail and I didn't know that he'd already earned it., So 2 years later, I told him he needed his GED to do what he wanted to do; he gt his GED and THEN we found out he earned his diploma!
