Its an elderly, tempramental VW, but with a mother like me, she is used to the elderly, tempramental thing. She knows the nuts and bolts of driving, but she has never been on the open road. She will get her 'Provisional Licence' on Wednesday next, and then she can get insured, and after that, its vroom vroom vroom. And her mother knocking back valium/brandy/whatever!
