river, I remember being nervous when Liz went of to college but it all went well and she made friends that she has till today. College friendships are usually lasting. I saw a few of them at my grandson's bar mitzvah in June. They came from all over the country. It was so nice to see them again.

1 onion cut into rings,i contaioner of heinz chilli sauce,1/3 cup of honey,1/3 cup of frenches sweet onion mustard,1/2 small can of tomato paste,1/2 tsp of chilli power and 4 med apples peeled and cut into wedges.......places onion rings on bottom of pot,mix in a bowl the chilli sauce,mustard,honey,chilli powder and tomato paste...place roast on the bed of onions,pour sauces over roast places apple wedges on top,cove and slow cook for 7 hours..when done use fork to "pull" the pork into ribbons,place on large toasted onion buns,cover with sauce and serve
