Take a cutting with a spent flower, take off a few lower leaves, dip it in rootone, and put it in moist soil. I usually do it in a zip-lock, blow it up and seal it, and leave it in a cool shady spot. After a few weeks you can see roots on the bottom. Then open the top gradually to harden it off and plant in a pot. There are lots of details on the web. Great way to adopt roses from other people's collections. (might be illegal in some way that I don't know)

I've just read the article, Soodlebum. Doesn't say that it's the first time in the world such a verdict has been returned.
