I would agree with that KJE. The more you weigh, the harder it is on your supportive joints.

cos, I hate to say it but you don't need to "fix" the problem just so everyone else is happy. Have something for yourself (and those you personally invite) at your home. No one will "get it" as long as someone else sweeps up the debris and dispenses with it to make it convenient for the rest to forget... unfortunately that's a really hard call to make, especially if you are one of the 'fixer's in the bunch. :-/
