Good morning all, I am hoping someone can help me with a computer problem. My task bar only appears when I am on the desk not and not when I have any pages opened. If someone can tell me what to do, I do need it in very simple terms, Please help

The house is very close to the main street, but we have all the room in the back. The hill is a hit with the neighborhood kids in the winter for sledding.
