I just went home crying last year the couple of times I had classes where there were real behavior issues... I knew it wasn't "me" but I still felt horrible about how things got out of hand. Unfortunately most schools don't really want to invest any time and energy in helping subs understand how to work with truly difficult, intransigent (sp?) kids.
