A very good friend and coworker whom I have worked with for 24 years was diagnosed with liver cancer. Has been on our Federal Medical Leave Act which gives one three months. She has only been able to work one or two days.

I can't imagine how doctors, having taken the Hippocratic Oath, can square leaving anyone given less than their best to die. It makes no sense and makes me sad that profit overcomes humanity.
