additionally, he has learning disabilities. Alcoholism on his dad's side of the family. I hold his ID, so his only chance to drink was to run into this stranger with a bottle, and sure enough he did. He said it was "luck", I think he has "radar" if subconscious to find these opportunities. His problems include executive function: the ability to think through to consequences, to prioritize, to plan. thanks for kind words and prayers.
