yup, and doing some light land-based exercises too. oh, and the muscle on the inside of my thigh has started to work again. if you put your hand, gently on the inside og your knee, slightly towards the front, and bend and straighten your leg, the muscle under your fingers is the one i am talking about.

Life is catching up with me rose. I've gone in both knees. Didn't rrealise how painful it could be. Ellie is still my absolute darling. She has just gone to school - which she loves. As my son and his other half work very long and late hours I stay with them during the weeks to be with Ellie.

We cut the rose to ground level when we found it last summer and it's shot up quite quickly again but hasn't really thickened out. It's got plenty of foliage on it (young leaves) We're not sure if we'll keep it anyway. I used to grow rosebushes years ago and always enjoyed cutting them right back and see them bloom again the following year, but to be honest i don't think this one's going to do a great deal. Still, we shall see!

I think that a marriage in trouble should be kept between the adults, not involve the kids whatsoever.
