I have a bit of a strange question but in the past 6 months i have had a whole series of fungal infections from the usual athletes foot to ringworm - does anyone have any good tips for beating it. kazzar, disinfect your shower/bath and the room floor with the strongest ammonia-based cleaner you can buy.i pour pure chlorine into my shower/bath once/month.

yep done that - can't use shower gel at the mo - its a nightmare. i throw a load of shoes away because i can't wear socks very often and thought that might be the source of the AF. Bleach sounds like a very good idea - I will get some more today. I always do the kitchen sink with bleach - don't use to very often and so it stops any smells from the drains (I am not a slob - I have a dishwasher!)

I went yesterday to visit a childhood friend thats now in a nursing home(shes a year younger then I ) we were very close at one time---Due to the loss of family members, she fell and broke a hip about 3 years ago and got put there for she had no one to care for her. She hates it there and Rose I wish I could bring her here but I dont know if I could take on more then what I already have

I got most of it done, and I also painted a black patch on my kitchen wall. We used to have a blackboard but it broke and we decided to make a square on the wall from blackboard paint, which worked amazingly well. Minver its not easy. you have to "long press" in the word list (ideally near the top) until you get a line highlighted in blue, then drag the little dot "handles" up and down until the whole list is blue
