just dissolve some vicks in boiling water, put a towel over your head and lean over the bowl. and breathe as deeply and slowly as you can. i stress slowly. if at any time you feel giddy, or get pins and needles anywhere, stop immediately. and sit up straight, and breathe in normal air.

I do not know much about roses, but these are about half the size of a regular long stemmed red rose, the main ones being a dusty rose or a dark voilet in colour
