he said the stress of the fall and surgery caused the exacerbation of the FM. and the sharp pain on the inner aspect of my kn4 is actually pre-tibial nerve pain.

the lyrica works of quietening the nerves in the muscles, as does the magnesium. so it is a two-pronged 'attack' on the FM itself.
