I can imagine. I hope you take your time getting over it. PTSD is easier battled when you take it seriously and are gentle with yourself. No being strong and masculin and playing it down :)

I couldn't possibly be more gentle with myself than I am being right now. I've really been taking it easy. I just have never had it before so it's been a new experience. I lived through the Big Quake in SF in 1989.. but this one was worse in some way

yeah.. that's kind of how it feels. Mrs. Ru experiences PTSD from previous trauma on occasion .. and so I know it is a real issue for many people and that you have to attend to it.
