i would love to set a precedent. but will have to wait. meanwhile my new pain doc wants to hospitalise me for a ketamine infusion, to get the pain completely under control, then revert back to the magnesium but only every 2-3 weeks instead of weekly like now.

You surely do. Friday I am having an MRI on the lumbar part of my spine - for an assessment of what has been going on and to get a treatment protocol. Hopefully, this doc will be able to give me some non-surgical options. I am hopeful.

my GP saw how swollen and sore my knee still is, and togay the physio could feel all the muscles bunching up in lumps in my thigh. she very gently massaged all my rtriggers points which was still very painful. bit i have to admit, it feels better now.

Mind you, I got a bargain. I think the problem with this laptop is the battery dying and it's around £20 to replace it, but the keyboard's knackered too so I thought go for it, buy a new one. Saw a reconditioned one on Amazon for £100, so for the sake of another £80 I thought bugger the new battery I'll get a new lappy.
