the skin on the outside of the roast of pork. you make cuts in the skin with a very sharp knife, and rub salt into it. the first half hour or so when the temperature is quite high, the skin bubbles and crisps . it so yummy.

That is why I avoid shopping at wal-mart. Delighted that all went well for the Royal Mum and her new baby. I'm a bit alarmed that she left hospital less than 12 hours after giving birth. She is hardly going home to change the sheets on her bed and look after her toddler. I would imagine her early discharge from hospital could put pressure on other (less cossetted Mums) to do likewise. Nonetheless, I wish them all the very best.
