It's funny, had all these issues my whole life but never diagnosed until I was in my 50s. dear Temple.....I took Benedryl once because I thought I had an allergic reaction(sniffles & sneezing ) to something. However I had the beginning of a Sinus infection. The Benadryl did dry up the sniffles & sneezing,,,,but it also pushed everything back into the sinus cavity and head.I though I had a 500 lb head. It made my Sinus infection worse and it made me very dizzy. Try doing this at your own risk.

Antihistamines have a drying effect. Nasal saline spray helps with irrigating mucous. And a nasal steroid spray is much more effective than antihistamines.

Don't dwell on them.

we are watching an old Dr Who... it has been a strange weekend, not what I planned at all, but not bad. Now a week of intense work and push-push-push and then a week of filling out memory books and sharing a few final thoughts and they are off to the next grade.
