meh. I saw the Pain Clinic doc on Tuesday. They did an injection of mostly anesthetic to confirm that the steroids are not really working...the relief I do get is from the anesthetic. They are now planning radiographic frequency ablation, which I am researching to decide whether or not I should do it.
