I thought you might have work out a way to keep them all separate. The first stocking I did was on a round needle. That was a nightmare trying so sort the wool out so the next one I did on 2 needle till I got to the heel and sewed the seam up

Recently started going to Overeaters Anonymous, which is definitely helping. My niece was doing the Slimming World diet which is good because you can eat loads of healthy stuff but cut out fat and other stuff you don't need. I was picking her brains and trying to follow the diet. I've been overweight since I gave up smoking in 1992 , The oats etc is one of SW recipes and it is so nice I eat it every morning
