also, the lady dog actually said she noticed his collecting 11 complaints of clients in 6 months. Not counting the fact that A. they gave him the toughest clients in the books and B. he is not afraid to put them to work. Which they do not like and try best as they can to avoid. Also not counting the fact that the higher council almost always rules in favour of Rob.
