sitting he4 with my sides hurting from laughing too much.DH and i have been going through our 'junk' room. church is having a garage sale to fund raise for overseas aid. he was asking about a vibrating chair infill we have, and i played the dummy. you see, last birthday, knowing how i love purple things, he gave me a purple dildo. so when he said about putting the vibrator into the sale, i said, i think the vicar might object. but i could sneak it onto the table. poor man... he nearly laughed himself into an asthma attack.

i have been building up kate. one exercise i have a noodle under my foot, and i flex and straighten my knee, 3 time 30 reps each leg of that one. another, i hold the rail, squat and then follow through to heel-raisers. 2 times 30 reps of those.

I always advise people to use the power you have. You have the power to walk away from him when he gets nagging. Earphones playing calming music and playing Babble or reading a book works well. The bunnies are sisters and have been together since being surrendered at the SPCA on June 20. They needed foster care for the first few weeks as they were little. They are 4 lbs now and were spayed 2 wks ago.

Acuras are very nice, indeed. YOu said "must buy" situation... your vehicle is on its last legs? At least it's a good time as the new model year is out, so there are some better prices to be had on the newer ones (if you're buying new)

my achilles tendon needed to be detached and cleaned up (and some of it removed because of a tear and scar tissue). then a sizable heel spur was removed and the tendon reattached.

That's pretty major - no wonder you're in pain welki!
Is that the sort of thing they put you in a short term acst for for initial healing? Guessing physio is in your future...poor poor welki :(

no weight bearing at all for at least 2 weeks. then when stitches come out on oct 26, into an air-cast boot and maybe some weight bearing (but not counting on it) for another 6 weeks - then physio - then who knows

i didn't play at all this past season, couldn't walk far without pain. i'd had this for more than 10 years and kept postponing the inevitable. and yay me - i get to have the surgery on my other foot when this one heals

don't know about sleeping, but i doubt it. pain is pretty intense. it'll abate in a few days. i don't expect to sleep well until it does
