interesting program on at the moment. about obesity. the experts are saying it is a disease, not a behaviour. also saying diets don't work...but i don't want the surgery you had which is what they are recommending. i must be a bigger wuss that i thought i was.

here you'd be over aged for the surgery anyway. I agree with it being a disease, btw, and diets are even counterproductive. But it is important to realise that the disease is not only physical, it is also mental, emotional and spiritual. Especially when it has developed into an eating disorder.
