around here it's been flooding - the whole nearest town of any size has lots of flooded basements, which I guess is unusual according to the owners.

I really only have a rather tall crawl space, and it frequently takes on water when it rains a lot. It did this last spring. But not this weekend.

Yay! Our other neighbor had her garage flooded the first year she was here...the sellers didn't disclose the flooding problem. Living in the hills is nice, but when you're downhill from everyone, it's not much fun. We do have twice the lawn we planned, however!

Oh, you're in the heaven I dream about! I'm glad it's that time again for you. You get so much relief. All I get is assholes telling me I can't have my pain meds for any reason they can dream up. Takes about two days to call them out - even after doctor says to give me the med. Then they refuse because they can't call him on weekends, damn it!
