mine are right under the skin, rose, and they hurt so much. And my hp says the ankle is still too hot to the touch, which might also be a reaction to the metal. We will see. Not longing for another operation, but on the other hand, if it will bring down the pain, it might be worth it.

Cold packs causing cramps could possibly a lack of magnesium. Without actual testing, no way to know, but if I forget my magnesium, I cramp.

I phoned my Doctors today and said I think I have a kidnney infection as one of them is really painfull. The receptionist said that is no problem...the next available appointment is around the middle of November! LOL

I have learnt that the body is very clever in telling you when things are quite wrong...do make sure you are looked after.

I had a chest infection recently of which I am still coughing. Then had to go to a funeral on the mainland. I am not keen on public toilets so thought best not to drink too much whilst away for the 12+ hours. I think that was a big mistake and maybe that contributed to this problem now.
