No, but the thought is if you can slow or stop the rate at which new cases occur then by April 5 the non-life threatening cases that presently exist should be just about over and the contagion is reduced enough to reopen the schools and go back to work.

I get groceries delivered because I have mobility problems. Now they are saying they will drop the bags at your door rather than put them in the kitchen.
