i think i have just had the most welcome phone call of my life. due to covid-19, my usual hospital and clinic for chronic pain management has been closed. i am actually in the most awful mess pain-wise. unable to get any sort of control of my pain even with adding in extra opiates which i really don't like to take.

my pain doc has been told he can admit two patients for the purpose of pain control. and he had chosen me as on of them. i go in next Tuesday for three days of pain-relief.

I live in Cleveland, and they are not testing everybody. Only those that it can severely impact their health and after they are showing signs. I am 44 years old, and if I came down with symptoms, they would not test me due to no health risks on my behalf. I am not in an age bracket to be concerned with, and I have no previous health issues.
