dolphin, I can't find the t/7/48. Is it too early to ask for a clue?
1:19 am
sprite

periwinkle, it is not a very common word. The meaning I could find is: small guts; catgut (a fiddle-string), and for the 7 you need the plural (6/33 - 7/48 combo).
The word sounds like it is related to warmth, though it has nothing to do with it.

For the Dutch players: our porcelain city is in the grid. :D

sprite, can you give me the point value and number of letters in the d-word that's within the 7/8 compound? I can't go to bed til I find it, which is bad, since it's nearly 3am. :p
2:44 am
sprite

The first part is 3 letters, and is what you are making of your night.
The other part is an R4/6.
Sleep well... ;-)

Thank you; I got it immediately.
Goodnight sprite, and anyone else who's around.

I guess I am there. 140 words / 4.54 / 1913 points.
But I have 4 x 7 and 10 x 6, so there could be another 6 in there. Can't seem to find it, though.

any clues for 7s and 8 would be helpful. thanks

Taglos

Da8 70 - A recreation room (pl)
Da7 52 - A recreation room especially one found in a barracks
Ma7 64 - Italian word for stain/spot
Sa7 48 - rapid intermittent eye movement
Th7 48 - 1:19am post - small guts; fiddle-strings
2:44 pm
periwinkle

got an M/6 33 but can't seem to find the 7. I looked it up in Google and there is a U in it. But there is no U in this grid :(
2:52 pm
Taglos

It starts with the same first 3 letters as the M6 does.

If my math is right, I need an S6 39 to finish, and it's hiding pretty good.

THe M7 sounds like a slightly shorter version of a popular type of coffee

Treble99, Try Google, it worked for me.

sprite and all - don't worry about the missing 6 and the extra 7 - I'm sure I just miscounted dingbats when I was trying to find the point in the list where the 7/s stopped adn the 6's started. My apologies.

I've made three mistakes with the stats this week - probably should take a break and let someone else do 'em for a while.
