seain, I had my first alcoholic beverage in 3+ weeks today (maybe a month? it's been a while) It was nice to have a cocktail with a friend and not have to worry so much -- I had horrible stomach problems several weeks ago and I had to basically cut all my favorites for 2 weeks and then gradually add them back

oh, that sucks. A couple years ago i had a full GI reset, that was unpleasant, and it took a couple years of work to rebuild the gut biome.
