No, like I said, Flash doesn't end until December. If you want to enable Flash, you have to right click on the very left side of the address bar (at the site you want to enable Flash) and enable Flash. Here you would right click on NOT SECURE and where it says FLASH click the drop down arrow and then click ALLOW
