Yes, I hate the heat. I grew up in the SF Bay Area. The summer and winter highs were about 10 degrees apart. I am not used to extremes of temperatures.

I used to live in the Santa Cruz area and occasionally we would have a hot spell - usually in September. Nobody had air conditioning. We thought we were perishing at 90 degrees.
