yeah, waist down is terrific. torn biceps tendon just about healed with no surgical intervention. hence the gardening. just another six roses to go. have pruned two ramblers, and low spreading one, and my cecil brunner tea-rose. Don went into battle with that one and won...loll. it's now sulking on the other side of our yard. trying to clear all around house, ready for painters.
